Do you offer a free trial?
No, we don’t offer the free trail because each of the VA is hired and trained to work dedicated for you. We’re sure once you start using the service, you’ll appreciate the quality.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, subscription plans are recurring but can be canceled before the next renewal period, however, once we billed the next period, we won’t be refund you with the amount we billed.
What if I want to change my subscription?
You can upgrade and downgrade the plan start from the next billing cycle; you can’t change the plan immediately because we need to rearrange their working hours and train them to equip the skills you need, also, you need to inform us about the change 30 days prior.
What if I didn’t use the total VA working hours?
In this case, we won’t be refund you with the amount we billed, but you can always ask our support how many hours you’ve used if you’d like to know.
What if I exceed the hours I bought?
We’ll charge you the hours you exceeded, $9/hours.
