During the trial, you’ll have full access to all features with no ad spend overage fees. When the 30-day trial ends, you can choose to upgrade to any paid plan. If you decide not to continue, your account and data will be automatically deleted after 90 days.

BQool Advertising plans are designed to scale with your Amazon monthly ad spend:
• Starter Plan: Ideal for emerging brands with a monthly ad spend under $15,000.
• Growth Plan: Recommended for growing businesses spending between $15,000 and $40,000. This tier unlocks all advanced features, offering greater control with bid caps and customizable reporting.
• Pro Plan: Best for established brands and power users spending between $40,000 and $100,000. Includes an exclusive Monthly Account Health Check to ensure your strategy remains peak and profitable.

Tip for Agencies: We recommend starting with the Growth Plan or higher to utilize our custom reporting and PDF export features for client-ready performance summaries.

We use a simple, transparent Subscription + Flex model. You pay a monthly or annual subscription fee, plus a 2% overage fee only if your ad spend exceeds your plan.

The fee only applies to the ad spend amount above your plan’s included quota.

For example, if you are on the Growth plan ($30,000 monthly ad-spend quota) and spend $35,000 in a month, the $5,000 overage is billed at 2%, for an additional $100.

We accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, or JCB (Credit Card), but not Debit Card, American Express, or Discover.

Yes. With a single BQool Advertising account, you can connect and manage multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts across different marketplaces.

Unlike many solutions that require separate subscriptions for each seller account or region, BQool lets you manage multiple seller accounts across multiple marketplaces under one plan.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time to match your business needs.

For upgrades: The new plan takes effect immediately, and the new billing cycle starts on the day of upgrade.

For downgrades: You can continue using your current plan until the original expiration date. Your billing cycle remains unchanged, and the new plan pricing will apply starting from your next payment date.

Yes. You can cancel your BQool Advertising subscription at any time. Auto-renewal will be turned off immediately, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your billing period.

BQool securely stores your Amazon advertising data so you can access and analyze historical performance within the data‑retention period included in your plan. Historical data availability depends on your subscription:

$99 plan: up to 12 months of data is retained
$299 plan and above: up to 24 months of data is retained

If you cancel your subscription, your BQool Advertising account and associated data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Your Amazon Ads account and its native performance data remain available directly in your Amazon Ads console.
